Cresceu dentro das ag\u00eancias, fundou a pr\u00f3pria empresa, vendeu-a para um grande grupo internacional e chegou ao comando da opera\u00e7\u00e3o brasileira de uma das maiores redes globais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foi justamente nesse percurso que percebeu uma mudan\u00e7a estrutural. \u201cA publicidade deixou de ser estrat\u00e9gica quando deixou de conversar com quem decide\u201d, afirma. Se antes o di\u00e1logo acontecia diretamente com os donos das empresas, com o tempo passou a ser mediado por camadas operacionais. Para ele, isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma cr\u00edtica aos profissionais, mas um sintoma de perda de centralidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A internet acelerou esse processo. \u201cQuando ela come\u00e7ou a agir comercialmente, eu entendi que a publicidade, como existia, tinha acabado.\u201d N\u00e3o se tratava do fim da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, mas da necessidade de outra abordagem \u2014 mais profunda, menos t\u00e1tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">O equ\u00edvoco brasileiro sobre branding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 nesse contexto que Grotera mergulha no estudo do branding, especialmente a partir de refer\u00eancias europeias. O contraste com o Brasil \u00e9 imediato. \u201cO Brasil \u00e9 muito atrasado em branding\u201d, afirma. \u201cAqui se confunde marca com identidade visual.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O erro est\u00e1 em tratar o vis\u00edvel como ess\u00eancia. Logotipo, cores e discurso s\u00e3o apenas a superf\u00edcie. \u201cO que sustenta uma marca est\u00e1 embaixo da \u00e1gua\u201d, diz, recorrendo \u00e0 met\u00e1fora do iceberg. Cultura organizacional, modelo de gest\u00e3o, tomada de decis\u00e3o e comportamento cotidiano s\u00e3o os verdadeiros pilares da marca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marca \u00e9 decis\u00e3o \u2014 inclusive quando d\u00f3i<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao longo da conversa, Grotera insiste em um ponto sens\u00edvel: branding exige escolha. E escolher implica abrir m\u00e3o. \u201cMarca forte n\u00e3o tenta agradar todo mundo.\u201d Quando uma empresa evita posicionamentos para n\u00e3o desagradar, acaba se tornando irrelevante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essa l\u00f3gica vale tanto para grandes corpora\u00e7\u00f5es quanto para profissionais liberais e pequenos neg\u00f3cios. Muitos empreendedores querem uma marca \u201cbonita\u201d, mas fogem das decis\u00f5es dif\u00edceis que a sustentam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Carreira, tempo e matura\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A entrevista tamb\u00e9m aborda a press\u00e3o para decidir tudo cedo demais.
